Mark Owen is in rehab

TAKE THAT's MARK OWEN dramatically checked into a clinic last night - hours after revealing his booze hell in The Sun.

The singer, 38, who rocked his wife by also confessing to ten affairs, said: "I need to sort things out."

Shamefaced Mark said as he headed to a secret clinic: "I've made my bed and I've got to lie in it. I was very lucky to marry Emma because I've not always been a great partner. "
"I have had issues for a long time. I've drunk for the last ten years and it got to a bad point.
"That's been my issue. I have been a prat."

Tearful Emma kicked him out of their South-West London home after he owned up to repeatedly cheating on her. He agonised for two days about how to rescue his marriage before deciding he had to kick the booze for good.

Mark, whose best mate ROBBIE WILLIAMS had been helping him battle the bottle, headed into rehab after phoning Emma and the kids to say his goodbyes.

His Take That bandmates GARY BARLOW, HOWARD DONALD and JASON ORANGE gave him the OK to temporarily bow out while they and Robbie record a new album in Wiltshire.
Pals have been fearful for gaunt-looking Mark's health.

He has barely eaten since confessing to his ten flings - one of which was a long-term affair.
A source said: "Mark moved into a friend's house for a couple of days. But all he did was smoke furiously. He did not want to see anybody and was really down. Mark just feels really stupid. The rest of Take That were very understanding. They have told him he can just come back when he's ready. There is absolutely no time pressure. They will press on with recording a new album with Robbie and when Mark's ready to come back, the door is open."

Pretty Emma was seen arriving back at the family's house looking drained yesterday - and minus her wedding ring. The fob of a keyring she carried bore the slogan: "Keep Calm and Carry On".
