Mark Owen de Take That internacional que dokumentuNews - 26/9/2008

If I don’t kick your back door in,
Then no one will, your buzz is shit
Without some weight and a wonky gate
I’ll bring my mates and we’ll bounce it on the water
Try to decide for my accent is from over Scotia,
I don’t think you know it
Now I can’t sing, but I could lift heavy things
And when I get nervous I get loaded

No one shows that no one knows I’m right
(Being the alien act, catching the bills or not)
You could be a stranger over night
(Provocative and revile, let’s break America)
(Ha ha, we’ll break it Ha ha,
we’ll break it Ha ha,
we’ll break it Let’s break America)

All your kids are fat
They sit where they sat
So big you could bounce 'em on the water
My UK’s in entropy And its Dollars fuck
Let’s bounce shit on the water

Try to decide for my accent is from over Scotia,
I don’t think you know it
Now I can’t sing, but I deserve everything
And when I get nervous I throw shit
No one shows that no one knows I’m right
(Being the alien, actual belzebub)
You could be a stranger over night
(Provocative and revile, let’s break America)
(Ha ha, we’ll break it Ha ha,
we’ll break it Ha ha,
we’ll break it Let’s break America)

We’re gonna know it now
We’re getting on a plane
We gonna do a radio show and they will play this record
We’re gonna know it now
We’re getting on a plane
We gonna do a radio show and break me with this record
We’re gonna know it now
We’re getting on a plane
We gonna do a radio show and they will play this record
We’re gonna know it now
We’re getting on a plane
We gonna do a radio show and break me with this record
No one shows that no one knows I’m right
(Being the alien, actual belzebub)
You could be a stranger over night

Take That caused RW alien obsession

I bet they did! :) - Es una noticia antigua (mayo del 2008)

Robbie Williams is living the bizarre life of a hermit in California, pursuing his obsession with extraterrestrials.

While his former Take That bandmates busily plan their next album on the back of two Brit awards this year, Robbie’s taking part in a Radio 4 show about ETs, set to air at 6.30pm on 6 May. He explains his interest by saying: ‘I think that joining Take That was like leaving on a spaceship and coming back, with all your friends going: “He’s weird now.”’ Until just before Christmas, Robbie had an active social life revolving around his beloved amateur football team LA Vale and constantly had friends round to his mansion.

Now the team have disbanded over a row about money and the star who seemed to have it all has plunged into something of a loner’s existence, with no sign of a new record after the failure of Rudebox and a string of increasingly strange obsessions and friendships. He sleeps during the day in his LA home in the quiet Mulholland Estates and is active at night. His nocturnal existence is one of the reasons for his interest in space and the night sky.

‘Robbie doesn’t have any structure in his life when he isn’t working,’ says a friend. ‘He’s quite sensitive, so the attacks on Rudebox hurt him. Although he won’t admit it, the criticism’s made him scared of releasing more records.’ During a radio interview the 34-year-old singer told Joss Stone that he believes he’s been visited by UFOs three times, including one occasion when he claims he was bathed in gold light while lying on his sunlounger at night. His friend says: ‘Robbie knows people will think he’s mad, but he doesn’t care. He really believes this stuff.’

Robbie’s mother was always interested in the paranormal and her stories scared him as a child. ‘She talked about spirits and ghosts,’ he’s said. ‘Maybe that’s why I want to investigate UFOs so I can work out why I get scared at night.’

Fortunetly, ¿are the rumours true?

He encontrado esta sorprendente noticia, del 7 de agosto de 2008. No había oído nada de esto hasta la fecha. Pero además es que creo que no ha pasado, no?

You never thought it would happen: Robbie Williams will join Take That on stage at a ‘Brit’ awards show in Tavistock.

But, steady now, it’s a Robbie lookalike and a Take That tribute at a mock-up of the Brits at the Wharf. Also on the bill at The Brit Awards - a Tribute, will be acts mimicking rock heroes Oasis and Bon Jovi. The two-hour show, which closely follows the Brits format, will see ‘Liam Gallagher’ given a lifetime achievement award before belting out crowd rousing Oasis hits including Wonderwall.

Then ‘Jon Bon Jovi’ will receive a best international act gong, before entertaining with a medley of Bon Jovi classics. But what is being described by entertainment and media agency Rock Chicken Artistes as the ‘highlight of this stunning show’ is the reunion ‘the world thought would never happen’ - Take That and Robbie Williams.

Tribute Totally Take That will collect a best band honour, just like the newly reformed boy band did following the success of comeback album Beautiful World. Robbie will then ‘win’ the best male award and bring the show to a close with 45-minutes of hits including Angels and Let Me Entertain You.

Ellie Hopton, who runs Rock Chicken, said: “It was a coup for my company to be invited to work with this show, especially as I’ve actually been to the real Brit Awards at Earl’s Court. “Recreating it like this seems a fun way of getting great tributes working alongside each other - the Take That and Robbie reunion always raises the roof.

“With the credit crunch hitting some venues, I’m finding the level of booking inquiries high. The ticket cost for four acts is the same as you’d expect to pay for one.”

The gig is at the Wharf on Thursday, August 28, and doubles as a fundraiser for Derriford Hospital’s Chestnut Appeal. Prizes ranging from theatre and gig tickets to CDs and DVD vouchers, club memberships and fashion and surfing store vouchers, can be won on the night.

Rock Chicken raised more than pounds 1,000 for the charity at its launch showcase in April. Tickets, costing pounds10 in advance, are available from the Wharf on 01822 611166. To book the show for a venue, hotel or corporate event contact Ellie on: 01752 216188 or ellie@rockchicken.co.uk. (c) 2008 Plymouth Evening Herald, The. Provided by ProQuest Information and Learning. Gary and Co take a break

TAKE THAT are entering the final stages of work on the follow-up to 2006 album Beautiful World.
The lads have jetted to Los Angeles to master the disc — and it has turned into a real family outing.
GARY BARLOW and MARK OWEN have taken their very pregnant partners with them.
While Mrs Barlow Dawn Andrews and Mark’s fiancee Emma Ferguson took their bumps on a tour of Santa Monica boutiques, the lads enjoyed their break from the studio by popping into the local Porsche dealership.
They must have high hopes for that album.

Take That ex-drummer jailed for bank heist

Take That's ex-drummer was jailed for four years yesterday for holding up a bank with a gift-wrapped music stand.

Steve Tate, known professionally as Steve Washington, admitted stealing £1,200 from Lloyd's TSB in Folkestone, Kent, last July.

Maidstone Crown Courtheard Tate, 46, a father of three from Folkestone, was left penniless after turning to drugs and falling out of work.

Tate, who at the height of his career bought a Porsche with cash, was sentenced for four other offences of stealing alcohol worth less than £20.

Robbie splits up

Robbie splits with his girlfriend

Thursday, September 18, 2008

British pop star Robbie Williams has reportedly split with his actress girlfriend Ayda Field.
The couple, who had been dating for 14 months, ended their relationship so Williams can spend more time on his forthcoming album.
Rumours that the couple had split first surfaced in June (’08), but a source close to Williams insists the mutual decision has only just been made.
The source tells a British newspaper, “Unfortunately, the timing was not right for them and after being on/off for a while they have finally decided to call it quits. Robbie is dead serious about his music- it’s his number one focus.”

Thatter Pride: Life's better when you're a Thatter

Ladies and Gentlemen,

please welcome for your entertainment... Apache 2006!

MAKING THE BOYBAND

My name is The Manager.
I'm going to create a boyband.
The boyband will reach fame on a grand scale.
They will dominate the popular charts and their faces will adorn the walls of millions of teenage girls across the globe.

When manufacturing a boyband, the first thing we need is the right selection of boys.

*cue TT*

In order to guarantee maximum success, each boy has to appeal to a specific set of fundamental rules. The rules are as follows:

Rule 1 - The boys in the boyband must , honour and obey their manager and must have no other manager but me.
Rule 2 - They must sacrifice their privacy.
Rule 3 - The boys must NOT have girlfriends.
Rule 4 - Some of the boys in the band will have to take 1 or 2 years off their real ages.
Rule 5 - The boys must always be ambiguous about their sexuality, never confirming their sexual orientation (...) the centre of the market
Rule 6 - They must always be prepared to smile.
Rule 7 - The boyband must always be gracious, humble, like the boys next door.
Rule 8 - The boys must be prepared to wear make up.
Rule 9 - They must never become close to one other, they must never become real friends, just incase one of them breaks down and has to be discarded.
Rule 10 - The most important of all, the boys in the band but be very, very, PRETTY!

OK, we have our boys, we have our audience, now what we need is a groove, is this a groove?!

OK, we have our groove....
can our boyband dance?
Can our boyband... BREAKDANCE?!

The boys in the band must be able to perform a dance routine, that includes ALL members of the band, including those that are reluctant to dance

*cue Gary*

Now that's good, you really are beginning to look like a boyband.
But can you sound like a boyband?
Can a boyband SING?

Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome for your entertainment... TAKE THAT!
