The 34-year-old ex-Take That star has been holed up in his LA mansion avoiding the limelight recently.
But fellow British Hollywood exile Callum Blue, 31, an actor who recently made his name in the US comedy drama Dead Like Me, says Robbie has exciting new material up his sleeve."He is working on a new album. It is some of the best stuff I have ever heard.
It's amazing"

He also revealed Robbie has been seeing a girlfriend for the past year and is "very, very happy".
