1. Tranquilizarse antes de realizar la acción.
2. Coger el vaso y sonreir, para darte ánimos.
3. Posar los labios en el vaso y evitar sacar la lengua (por muy difícil que sea).
4. Continuar con la acción, ahora que se ha dominado.
5. Poner cara de: LO CONSEGUÍ! y hacerse el interesante.
6. Repetir la acción para demostrar dominio.
7. y la más importante.. NO TENER A ALGUIEN COMO EL DE LA FOTO, PORQUE ENTONCES TE MUERES DESHIDRATADA!!! ya no sólo porque no te concentrarías en beber sino por la cantidad de líquido que perderías babeando... xD

Take That gear up for 2nd LP
TAKE THAT are preparing to hit the studio to record a new album — cutting short what was meant to be an extended break after just four months.
After scooping two gongs at the Brit awards in February, GARY BARLOW, MARK OWEN, JASON ORANGE and HOWARD DONALD declared they were going to be out of the game for a while.
But a meeting ten days ago in London has shown they are well up for getting back to work.
A source said: “They’ve had the relevant meetings with their record company about a new album and both parties are in agreement about it.
“They’re going to be back a lot quicker than they’d originally planned.”
The BOYZONE reunion must be on their minds — after all, I bet RONAN KEATING has his eye on Gary’s crown.
Take That’s Beautiful World DVD shifted more than 64,000 copies in a week, making it the fastest-selling music DVD in UK history. So it was more than just a bit of reminiscing for TT fans.
It seems a four-month holiday has been enough to heal the ageing singers’ aches and pains, as they tore up the dancefloor at west London club Kitts on Wednesday night.
The lads made the most of their time off, celebrating hard by downing shots and ordering magnums of champagne and bottles of vodka.
Sounds like it could be a celebration to mark plans for a new album...

Lulu to support James Bond theme by tt
Scottish singer LULU is backing newly reformed boyband TAKE THAT to record the theme song to the new JAMES BOND film.Troubled singer Amy Winehouse was said to be collaborating with acclaimed DJ Mark Ronson on the title track for the upcoming Quantum Of Solace, but the project now hangs in question after the super producer told the media, "I'm not sure Amy is ready to work on music yet."But pop singer Lulu, 59 - who recorded the theme to The Man With The Golden Gun in 1974 - is convinced the British fourpiece could handle the challenge of writing an iconic track for the superspy franchise.She tells Heart Radio, "I think that's a brilliant idea! They make good records and if Gary (Barlow)'s going to write it, it'll be terrific. It has come up when we've talked about it seriously before."

Emma B was on Heart who is a big fan of Take That and she had Lulu on the show and they were talking about the new Bond film and who should do the song for it and they both said it should be the lads. Quedada Veraniega: Ibiza!!
Chicas, como ya sabéis en la última Quedada hablamos de hacer otra en verano por el sur, sin embargo la presencia de Howard en Ibiza nos ha hecho planearla un poco más lejos :)
Para las no informadas, Howard pincha el 24 de Agosto en Ibiza, asi que la Quedada está planeada del 23 (sábado) al 26 (Martes) de Agosto.
Ya tenemos el apartamento,que ha sido una odisea encontrar! Es para seis personas y de momento vamos 5 confirmadas: Jenny, Elena, Noe, Yo y una amiga mía, que va a flipar cuando vea a Howard! :) Así aún hay hueco para una más.
De todas maneras no sabemos quién más quiere venir, Menchu y Nieves están aún por decidir.
A las que ya han dicho que no pueden....Os vamos a echar de menos, chicas!

THAT’S a cracking set of man baps lardy ROBBIE WILLIAMS has cultivated in the past couple of years.
The pop nob showed off his barrel belly and moobs while on holiday in Mexico with pals — and gave snappers a clear message.
To give his pot extra prominence Robbie even wore a pair of, gulp, speedos.
Dear, oh dear, oh dear. He looks like he did in the Old Before I Die era — but this time he is off the ale.
Rob had stunning girlfriend AYDA FIELD wrapped around his bulk as they relaxed in the pool.
He has been putting his feet up while his label EMI are left to sweat on the arrival of his next album — even though he is on a lucrative contract.
At least he’s shaved off his ridiculous beard.

The party scene in Berlin-Mitte is not the easiest to please. The attitude is too snotty and self-reliant. In fact they think that the best parties in the world are taking place in some of the capital´s backyards. Well. On this Friday evening the atmosphere in the rather unglamerous „Münzclub“, site of the shop-opening-event of the Drykorn label, is hot. And that is because of Howard Donald, better known as Howie from Take That. Full-time singer of the boyband, he additionally spins the discs. Howie is not only the coolest member of the band because of this sideline job. His look proves that he knows about style and masters the art of expressing his personality with the right clothes.
Several weeks later: Howie is on the phone in the car. In the background a computer voice tells the driver to take the second exit in the roundabout. Even better: This way Howie can concentrate on our interview.
Howie, one can envie you.
Really, why?
DJs are generally knows as incredible cool guys.
I tell you something. I am not cool at all at my gigs. When I start in the evening, I am extremely nervous. You never know which music works with the audience.
Is your outfit important in the club?
Definitely. It has to be practical, that´s the most important thing for me. I have to feel comfortable.
The onion-look is perfect for that. You can always take something off. What does your look tell us about you?
(laughs) That I don´t have a look.
You don´t come across as boring
If you think so....My look definitely states that I hate labels. I don´t like it when one recognizes what I am wearing. I am not a fashion- victom, like so many women.
All men say that – and then they surf in the internet in the evening and search for strictly limited sneakers from Japan.
No, I´m not like that. Jeans, converse, well-fitted shirts, that´s perfect. I don´t like to wear a tie. That reminds me of my school days. I was so bad in adjusting my tie that I was always wearing ties which I could button. But of course: If it is a spezial event, one should dress more elegantly.
Do you have a killer outfit for dates?
No. I come in jeans and sweater.
And what should women wear for a date?
Something comfortable
Well, forget about comfort now. Women should look sexy every now and then. What is sexy?
Very difficult question. I think that boots are pretty hot. And underwear of course. This should be very tight fitted and very, very small.
Ok then. And when we are talking like this: Which piece of clothing in your wardrobe is the most embarrassing?
I won´t tell you.
Oh, c´mon. Nobody is reading this....
There is quite a lot. For example there is this completely colourful biker jacket. That is pretty horrible. Ant I have underwear with rhinestones at the waistband. We were wearing that at the beginning of our career. When we were young and desperate...
