TAKE THAT star GARY BARLOW is reportedly in talks to launch his own record label.The boyband singer, who pens most of the group's hits, is said to be in negotiations with officials at Universal Music with a view to give him the power to sign upcoming artists.A source tells British newspaper The Sun, "It's a masterstroke. With Gary's incredible writing ability and contacts, the acts will be the best possible hands."
