Crónicas Takies: Cómo comprar entradas y no morir en el intento
A una semana de que se pongan a la venta las entradas, asumes que la organización es lo más importante. Asi que los emails, chats y conversaciones a seis se multiplican.
A ese estres previo hay que añadirle el que cada una tiene su vida y sus quehaceres. Unas tienen prácticas, otras curran, otras tienen guardias, otras tienen suecas y portuguesas que atender además de currar y otras tienen que dormir, otras tienen que evitar navajazos además de currar (just joking, anita!) cada una atiende sus obligaciones takies como mejor puede. XD
Y llega el día TT. La venta. (esto, en el for the record saldría después del símbolo de tt y con esa música dramática que le pusieron...)
El día ha sido una locura. Porque lo que algunos se creen que es "llegar, abrir la página y comprar" se convierte en 45 minutos de teléfono, seis ventanas del explorer abiertas, F5 F5 todo el rato, páginas bloqueadas que se cargan en modo seguro y que parece que estás comprando en la web más pirata que exista; Datos apuntados por todas partes, conversaciones a tres, msn, skype, llamadas a 902 extranjeros, stress, ganas de llorar, ver como avanza el SOLD OUT a los 34 minutos de haber empezado la venta, tres personas en casa intentando comprar para TODAS las fechas, ya de manera random, y dos de ella faltando al trabajo por el bien común de las demás, y la tercera -no con menos mérito- despertando a su novio a las 9 de la mañana para sentarle en otro ordenador a comprar, just in case. XD
El resultado es que 45 minutos después, en Modo Pánico, abandonas la razón, y la cordura y buscas desesperadamente maneras de conseguir las entradas. Y si vas al foro oficial y alguien sugiere un link, lo pinchas, eliges entradas y...¡no puede ser tan fácil! IM-PO-SI-BLE

Y si, tenemos entradas, acabamos teniendo no 5, que son las que queríamos, sino 15. O_o

Gracias a Gary que la página sí es "legally blonde" y no tenemos que denunciar a nadie.
Que Mark nos pille confesadas y nos ayude a venderlas en ebay.
El resultado: habemus tour, habemus promo, HABEMUS ENTRADAS!

Jason admits to crush on Christine Bleakley
Take That hunk Jason Orange has revealed he fancies television presenter Christine Bleakley. The sexy popstar says he has been tuning in every week to watch local lass Christine as she trips the light fantastic on Strictly Come Dancing.
And he’s backing the One Show presenter to win the competition.
“I love Christine, I think she’s gorgeous,” he said during an interview with the Belfast Telegraph in the Soho Hotel in London.
“I’ve been watching it every week since it started and I think she’s great. I really hope she wins. She’s lovely. Is she married?”
Christine has been dating businessman Mark Beirne for three years and he has been a regular visitor to the Strictly studio.
Jason — who was rumoured to have enjoyed a fling with Lulu while recording Relight My Fire —said: “I’d really like to meet her.” And Jason wasn’t the only member of Take That taken with local girls.
Howard Donald said: “I’ve always wanted to fall in love with an Irish girl. I just love their accents.”
Take That are playing Croke Park, Dublin on June 13 next year as part of a UK and Irish tour.

Mums' the word on Take That album
TAKE That gathered their families in a £2,000-a-night hotel suite for an exclusive album preview - only for their mums to end up nattering over the music!
The reunited band splashed out on the presidential suite at the five-star Lowry Hotel in Salford to play tracks from their eagerly-awaited record, The Circus.
The foursome - Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald - invited their mums, brothers, sisters and pals to give their opinions ahead of the album's release on December 1.
Lead singer Gary told the M.E.N: "Although everyone was listening, I think everyone just enjoyed being together. My mum loved talking to the other mums - I think it was more that than listening to the album!
"I mean they loved it and they listened to it, bless 'em. But I think we were the four that were more into it."
The good news for the boys was that - once they had finished chinwagging - the mums did eventually give the record the thumbs-up.
Mark said: "My mum said, 'Oooh, it's brilliant Mark.'
"I said: `But you don't really know, do you, Mum?' And she said: `Oh yes, I love it, it's brilliant.' At least our mums like it."
Gary said the band had 'thoroughly enjoyed' the get-together on Tuesday night.
And in news that will be music to the ears of fans, he revealed that the new album was 'only the start' for the band that made a spectacular comeback in 2006 after splitting 10 years earlier.
He said: "I do feel we're just starting really now, with the creative side of it. It might not be an album every year from now on, it might be every three years or so, but I do think we're starting on that path and we can only get better."
The band headed to Old Trafford yesterday to visit Lancashire County Cricket Ground, where they will play three huge stadium gigs next June to an estimated 150,000 fans.
They've promised the most spectacular concerts yet and say hometown gigs are always pretty special.
Mark said: "We take it very seriously, our touring. It's going to be big, it's going to be spectacular - the greatest show we've ever done."
It will make June an exciting month for music in the city - with fellow Mancs Oasis performing three huge outdoor gigs at Heaton Park.
But Take That insist there's no rivalry between the bands.
Gary said: "I don't know who our rivals are now, we're in such a unique situation.
"Next year we are playing the same size gigs as Oasis and Coldplay - they're the size of places were doing now and who else in the pop world is doing that? There's only us. Maybe for the first time ever we're out on our own."
Gary revealed there's one thing he really misses now he lives down south - the M.E.N!
He said: "I miss the Manny Evening News, we can't get it in London. I love regional news."
And though the band have proven their success without their remaining original band member - Robbie Williams - Gary says he still hopes that one day he will return to the fold.
He said: "If we get to the end of our lives and that hasn't happened it would be a great shame I think. There's a lot of people out there who would just love it to happen, even for just one night."

Take That will rock you
TAKE THAT hope to take over QUEEN’s mantle as stadium heroes next summer — with MARK OWEN as their very own FREDDIE MERCURY.
Britain’s top manband will play their biggest-ever gigs, including two at Wembley Stadium. JASON ORANGE, HOWARD DONALD, MARK OWEN and GARY BARLOW announced the Circus Live dates yesterday and invited me along.
Gary said: “I remember the first Band Aid gig in 1985. “It’s been in my head all the time we were thinking about these stadium dates.
There was an hour on that day which was unbelievable — especially Freddie Mercury.” Jason agreed: “Freddie was the man. Mark’s the closest we’ve got, with the campness.” Judge for yourselves from my fun pic, above.
Many tickets will cost £45, a cracking price during the grim days of credit crunch.
Gary added: “We want to give people a great night out and value for money.
“People want to get away from it all and escape. We’ll give them two hours of hits and brighten their lives.”
Jason said: “We won’t be afraid to spend money on the show, though. There’ll be loads of big lights.”
The lads are now in the process of sorting out their support acts for next year. Mark likes GLASVEGAS and SHIRLEY BASSEY, Gary was keen on KEANE, while Howard said he fancied MADONNA — in more ways than one. He also joked that OASIS would be his ideal support act which, Mark reckoned, would earn him a black eye from LIAM GALLAGHER just for suggesting it. Howard said it would be “an honour” to take that punch.
Take That in stadia could match the heights of such gigs as Live 8. Unmissable.

Take That explica el título del álbum
Take That have revealed why they named their new album The Circus.
Lead singer Gary Barlow said the the title was inspired by the fact that their tours often feel like a "circus coming to town".
He said: "We always think when we start a new record and go out on the road, it is like a circus with all the people we have with us.
"Life's a bit of a circus as well and definitely this whole industry at the moment is a bit of a circus."
Mark Owen added: "It's a theatrical title and we wrote this album around it thinking about the live shows so we thought it was appropriate."
Live performance
The Manchester four-piece are due to make an appearance at the MTV Europe Music Awards on 6 November for a live perfomance of their new single Greatest Day.
The group join Beyoncé, Pink, Duffy, The Killers and Kid Rock on the list of performers at the event, hosted by Katy Perry.
The band last performed at the first EMAs in Berlin 15 years ago, winning the prize for Best Group.
"That was great because for us it was like going to Madame Tussauds," Gary admitted.
"We were meeting all the stars we've always wanted to meet like George Michael. Prince was there too and all these supermodels.
"We're looking forward to it this time too especially with it being in the UK, fantastic."
Comeback tour
The band reformed without original member Robbie Williams back in 2005 after a TV documentary marking their nine year split pulled in over 7 million viewers.
This was followed by a tour and their comeback album Beautiful World in 2006 which sold over 2.7 million copies.
On their latest return Gary said the group are "thoroughly enjoying being in a band" again at the moment and they have no plans to retire just yet.
He added: "I think everyone would like to be doing it forever. But we'll see. That's for the audiences to decide."
The quartet's new single Greatest Day is set to be released on 24 November with the album to follow on 1 December.
Take That are also due to hit the road for an eight date stadium tour next summer.

Take That have announced a huge stadium tour of the UK on the Chris Moyles Show.
The biggest pop band in the UK will get to perform to over half a million people next summer!
Radio 1 and The Chris Moyles Show will be at one of the gigs over the summer, and there will also be a Take That special with live music from the tour.

Propósitos de año nuevo
Si el 31 de diciembre despedimos el año con Feliz fin de tour, en cuanto anuncien las fechas del tour será año nuevo, ¿no? Pues como es tradición, hágamos (y a ser posible, cumplamos) nuestros propósitos para el nuevo año:
1. Ir a más conciertos que el tour pasado
2. Salir en el DVD
3. Entrar al hoTTel cuando nosotras queramos, y no cuando nos cuelen.
4. Comer mortadela en Liverpool
5. Tirarnos a Mark sobre la mesa de su madre

Newsletter de Gary
I'm hoping you've all caught a listen to the new single by now?
It seems to be getting good support on the airwaves.
We're all so excited for you all to hear the album.

I started the year working on this show.
It was the first time I'd taken an executive roll in a project before. It was great fun.

A band insider tells me: “We’re all surprised at just how massive the revival has been, and the guys have never been happier. They’ve got a new album coming out and they are booked up well into 2010.

(Feel): About Take That - I
Ya sabéis que me estoy leyendo Feel, la biografía autorizada de Robbie por Chris Health.
No sólo me está pareciendo una buena manera de conocer muchas cosas de Robbie, sino también de entender su visión sobre Take That. Además, me encanta que en el libro, Take That son nombrados por mil motivos, y en muchas ocasiones me rio mucho con lo que cuenta sobre ellos o en relación a ellos.
Asi que iré poniendo pequeños extractos de esas partes donde habla de TT o de alguno de ellos, a medida que vaya encontrándolos en mi lectura.

(...) On afternoon Rob goes to Air Studios to work with Stephen Duffy in some new songs. (...) After a whole day of working, Rob goes to bed but as he awakes, he is aware that it's not his new song that is swimming around his head but the music of Take That, insterspersed with an occasional Robbie Williams tune. Apart from him, there are only two more persons in his flat, and as far as he knows, the other person in the flat is Gary Marshall and "why on hearth would Gary Marshall be singing TT songs?"
....a million love songs later...!" goes the song again in his head.
Suddenly he realises the sounds is not coming from inside of his head, neither from inside the flat, but from right outside the bedroom window. BUT his bedroom is high in the air above London.
He pulls the blind.
One of the window cleaners spots him immediately and tries to press the button to move the platform to another floor, the other man hasnt noticed and carries on singing.
"...a miiillion love songs...!"
As Rob stares, the second window cleaner realises his partner has gone quite, raises his head and discovers why. His face goes ashen.
"Look", says Rob, "if you are going to sing any songs, don't sing fucking Gary Barlow song and wake me up"
Me encanta!! hahahahahaaa Mañana, más.
TAKE THAT HIT HIGH NOTES WITH ROPE STUNT
Boyband TAKE THAT are flying high
their new album cover shows them walking on tightropes. The Pray hitmakers are pictured doing a daring balancing act on the front cover of The Circus, which is due out in December (08).
And they insist there is no faking involved - they had tuition from circus performers before the hair-raising photoshoot.Singer Mark Owen says, "This isn't computer imagery. We had to go for lessons at a circus school near L.A."

Take That han vuelto, es un hecho, y con ellos, las takies volvemos a llenar nuestras cabezas y agendas de fechas para tener a los chicos bien localizados. Para que no nos volvamos locas os dejo aquí un resumen de las próximas fechas a marcar en el calendario.

Después de las declaraciones de Gary en la presentación del single se rumorea que podrían ir para anunciar las fechas del próximo tour.

Take That: "Nos hemos hecho mayores."
"Greatest Day" es el título del primer single de su nuevo disco, "The Circus", que ha sido concebido como una canción para empezar los conciertos con fuerza y energía y poder enganchar al público desde el principio.
Reconocen que se han hecho mayores y que hasta tienen algún achaque que otro, pero los componentes de Take That quieren demostrar con su nuevo disco, "The Circus", que aún les queda mucho camino por recorrer.
"Aún tenemos mucho que explorar como compositores", aseguró Gary Barlow, en una entrevista con motivo del lanzamiento del álbum, que estará a la venta el próximo 1 de diciembre y para el que los cuatro miembros del grupo han escrito canciones.
Barlow y Jason Orange, otro de los miembros del cuarteto de Manchester, analizaron el cambio que ha experimentado Take That desde que volvió a la escena musical en 2006 con "The Ultimate Tour", tras diez años apartados del panorama musical.
"Nos hemos hecho mayores, nos duelen más los huesos y los músculos", bromea Orange, que, ya más serio, asegura que los cuatro trabajan ahora "de forma más compenetrada, con más honestidad y con mejor comunicación" entre ellos.
"Greatest Day" es el título de su nuevo single, que se podrá comprar a partir del 24 de noviembre y que ha sido concebido como una canción para empezar los conciertos con fuerza y energía y poder enganchar al público desde el principio.
"Tenemos grandes temas para el final de nuestros conciertos, pero nunca habíamos encontrado la canción adecuada para el principio", reflexiona Barlow en relación a una canción intencionadamente grandilocuente, que no está exenta de un estribillo pegadizo.
De hecho, la mayoría de los temas de "The Circus" contiene melodías parecidas entre sí y fáciles de recordar, con estructuras previsibles que conceden el protagonismo a las voces del cuarteto y que perfectamente podrían hacer las veces de banda sonora de cualquier película romántica excesivamente edulcorada.
Barlow, autor de los grandes éxitos del grupo en los años 90, como "Back for good" o "Pray", explica que "cada trocito del disco ha sido pensado con detalle y existe una razón para que sea así", al tiempo que asegura estar ansioso para ver qué le parece al público.
A este respecto, él mismo explica que los cuatro miembros de Take That -Barlow, Orange, Mark Owen y Howard Donald- tienen gustos musicales completamente diferentes y que, por ello, si logran ponerse de acuerdo y componer algo que les guste a todos, "probablemente esa canción también llegará a un público muy amplio".
Tras su ruptura en 1996, después de que Robbie Williams abandonase el grupo, Take That desapareció del mapa musical al que volvió al cabo de diez años con una gira de recuerdo para sus fans, "The Ultimate Tour".
Al cabo de unos meses salió a la venta un nuevo y muy esperado disco, Beautiful World (2006), que incluye los singles "Patience" y "Shine", ambos premiados con un Brit Award al mejor single en 2007 y 2008 respectivamente.
Este mismo año, Take That volvió a ser reconocido con un Brit Award a la Mejor Actuación en Directo.
La gira del "Beautiful World" les llevaría a cantar por primera vez en España, experiencia que definen cómo "increíble" y que esperan repetir con la gira de su nuevo álbum. "The Circus" se podrá comprar en las tiendas de discos del Reino Unido a partir del 1 de diciembre pero no se debe confundir con otro álbum de nombre casi idéntico, "Circus" (sin determinante artículo), de Britney Spears, quien también ha escogido el primero de diciembre para publicar su nuevo trabajo.
Jason Orange bromea de nuevo: "Si no eres muy 'fan' de ninguno de ellos, te recomendaría el de Take That".
